A consulting firm that provides information solutions for financial institutions, government and major corporations.
I designed and implemented the intranet site of MediTelecom, the fastest growing wireless telephone carrier in Morocco. The site allows Call Center agents to browse the company's knowledge base and relay the information to customers. The content of the site is dynamically updated via a web-based administration interface. I designed the object model and implemented it in Java Servlet technology. To achieve high scalability and efficiency for the call center, I used native JDBC drivers to connect to an Oracle8i database running on a Unix server. The interface also allowed the administrator to add and remove users, control their access to enterprise data and monitor the performance of the site.
